Centrus Energy has appointed Dennis Scott as general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary, effective May 23.

Siemens Government Technologies, a U.S. federal government subsidiary of Siemens has appointed Angeline Chen as general counsel and chief compliance officer, responsible for all legal, contracting and compliance issues. She will also serve as SGT’s corporate secretary.

Utility company NiSource has named Shawn Anderson as treasurer and chief risk officer, effective June 1.

Carrie Cohen, former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, has joined the law firm Morrison & Foerster as a partner in New York. Cohen joins the firm’s Securities Litigation, Enforcement and White-Collar Criminal Defense; Commercial Litigation; and Trials Practice Groups.

Medical device company GI Dynamics has appointed Brian Callahan to the position of chief compliance officer and executive vice president clinical, regulatory and quality.

U.S. financial services company Ally Financial (previously known as GMAC) has appointed Scott Stengel as general counsel, effective May 31. He will assume the role from William Solomon, who will retire after more than 27 years with the company, effective Sept. 30.

Saudi Aramco, a Saudi Arabian national petroleum and natural gas company, has named Nabeel Al Mansour as general counsel and corporate secretary, effective as of May 1.

Visa has appointed James Hoffmeister, who is currently global corporate controller and chief accounting officer, as principal accounting officer for purposes of the company’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Hoffmeister will oversee the company’s accounting matters.
