Home health and hospice care company Amedisys has hired a new chief compliance officer, one month after announcing that its former chief compliance officer would be taking one year of paid leave.

MB Financial Bank has named Kevin Moffitt as chief risk officer. Moffitt assumes the chief risk officer role from Brian Wildman, who now leads all of MB’s consumer businesses in his new role as executive vice president of consumer banking.

Cardtronics, a provider of fully integrated ATM and financial kiosk products and services, has named Roger Craig as general counsel and secretary, effective as of June 20. Craig replaces Michael Keller, who has announced his retirement.

JLL, a professional services and investment management firm, recently named Kathryn Ditmars general counsel for the Americas region, overseeing the U.S. markets businesses.

Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, has appointed Karah Parschauer as general counsel. In this newly created role, she will be responsible for leading the company’s legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions.

Fannie Mae has appointed J. Douglas Watt as chief audit executive, effective July 11. Watt joins Fannie Mae from GE Capital, where he was managing director and audit executive for the Americas.

David Gelfand, formerly the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Litigation of the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, will return to the law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton as a partner in July.

Platform Specialty Products, a global specialty chemicals company, today announced the appointment of John Capps as general counsel and secretary. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Rakesh Sachdev.
