Encore Capital Group, a provider of debt management and recovery solutions, has appointed Michael Haubenstock as chief risk officer and vice president. In his new role, Haubenstock will be responsible for managing the company’s enterprise risk framework and monitoring the company’s risk policies, controls, methodologies and reporting.
