EnteroMedics, a medical-device company, has appointed Scott Youngstrom as chief compliance officer. He also will assume the additional role of chief financial officer. Effective Oct. 3, Youngstrom will succeed Greg Lea, EnteroMedics’ current CFO and chief compliance officer, who will be retiring from the company on that date.
