First National Collection Bureau, a national accounts receivable management firm, has appointed Issa Moe as the general counsel and chief compliance officer. He will report to Chief Executive Officer Bradley Jardon.
Prior to FNCB, Moe was an attorney for Moss & Barnett’s creditors’ remedies and bankruptcy team, providing litigation defense and regulatory and compliance counsel. Previously, he worked for Irell & Manella and Troutman Sanders.
