The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board announced that S. Bruce Wilson will join the organization as director of the Office of International Affairs.
Starting Feb. 6, Wilson will lead the PCAOB’s efforts to negotiate and implement cooperative arrangements with non-U.S. auditor oversight bodies. He also will represent the PCAOB in bilateral and multilateral meetings with non-U.S. governments and regulators.
