Two subsidiaries of private equity firm Apollo Global Management will be searching for new compliance leadership as Chief Compliance Officer Isabelle Gold, who heads compliance at both MidCap Financial Investment Corp. and Apollo Debt Solutions BDC, announced her resignation, according to public filings.
