Hess Taps New General Counsel

$31.6 billion Hess Corporation has appointed Timothy Goodell senior vice president and general counsel, effective Jan. 5, 2009. Goodell is currently a partner in the law firm White & Case, where he is a member of the firm’s partnership committee.
