Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, an American rocket and missile propulsion manufacturer, has appointed Steven Adams, vice president and controller, to serve as principal accounting officer, effective as of April 3, the company announced in a Form 8-K filing.

Adams joins Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings from DreamWorks Animation, where he served as chief accounting officer since March 2016. Prior to his appointment as chief accounting officer of DreamWorks, he provided consulting services to DreamWorks beginning in December 2015. From September 2014 until December 2015, Adams was controller and chief accounting officer for DIRECTV.
