Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation, a financial services company, has appointed Patrick Killeen as chief risk officer and senior vice president of BMT’s risk management division, effective as of June 5.  Killeen will report directly to President and CEO Frank Leto, as well as to the board of directors.

Killeen has more than 24 years of experience in a variety of compliance, risk assessment, governance, and regulatory roles at banks and financial services businesses.  He joins BMT from Bank of the Ozarks, where he served as director of enterprise risk management. Prior to that, he was at Susquehanna Bancshares as head of ERM Operations; Director of Corporate Stress Testing, Analytics, & Policy Management; ERM Analytics Manager. Killeen also previously served as audit director; director of risk management at First Niagara Bank.
