E*TRADE Financial has appointed Shelley Leibowitz to its board of directors and the risk oversight committee, effective Dec. 10, 2014.
Leibowitz served as group chief information officer for the World Bank from 2009 to 2012, where she oversaw all technology for the Bank’s product delivery infrastructure and managed its cybersecurity program. Prior to the World Bank, Leibowitz served as chief information officer at Morgan Stanley and Greenwich Capital Markets.
