BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy has named Brian Cherico as its chief compliance and privacy officer.

Cherico has nearly two decades of background in developing, interpreting, overseeing, and educating healthcare organizations on compliance and regulatory programs that abide by state, federal, and other accreditation agencies. According to his LinkedIn, he recently served as vice president of compliance at AcariaHealth from 2014-16.
