Spotify Technology, a Swedish media-services provider, disclosed in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that Luca Baratta will resign from his position as chief accounting officer, effective Sept. 16.

Replacing Baratta as its new chief accounting officer will be Paul Sawyer, who is currently controller of the company.

”Baratta’s departure is not the result of any disagreement with the company’s accounting principles or practices,” Spotify stated in a Form 6-K filing.
