The board of AG Twin Brook Capital Income Fund, a Delaware-based statutory trust, appointed Jenny Neslin as interim chief compliance officer, according to a regulatory filing.

The appointment follows the resignation of Richa Gulati as chief compliance officer.

Neslin joined the legal team at Angelo Gordon, the parent company to the company’s adviser, in April 2021 as a managing director. She also serves as general counsel and secretary of AG Mortgage Investment Trust.

She worked at Colony Capital (now DigitalBridge Group) and its predecessor from 2013-21, where she most recently was managing director and deputy general counsel.
