Global insurance organization American International Group (AIG) announced Rose Marie Glazer as general counsel.
Glazer served as interim general counsel since October. She remains an executive vice president reporting to Peter Zaffino, AIG chairman and chief executive officer, and a member of AIG’s executive leadership team.
She also served as AIG’s chief human resources and diversity officer.
