French asset management firm Amundi announced the appointment of Marc Noel as chief compliance officer.
Noel joined Amundi in 2022 as deputy general counsel.
He started his career at Société Générale in 2002 as legal adviser in charge of international litigations. He then joined the investment banking division of the French Banking Federation in 2005. Back at Société Générale in 2007, he took the role of legal manager in charge of exchange-traded funds and partnerships at Lyxor Asset Management. He then became general counsel of Lyxor.
