Chord Energy announced Shannon Kinney will serve as executive vice president, chief administrative officer and general counsel.
Most recently, Kinney served as vice president, deputy general counsel, chief compliance officer, and corporate secretary for ConocoPhillips, according to her company bio. Prior to that, she was deputy general counsel and corporate secretary at TPC Group.
Previously, she was in practice at the law firms of Bracewell and Hunton Andrews Kurth.
