The Coca-Cola Company has pushed out its top legal counsel after less than a year on the job and named its chief compliance officer to replace him.
Bernhard Goepelt will retire in February 2020 as senior vice president and general counsel of Coca-Cola, the company announced. Goepelt has been with Coca-Cola since 1992.
Orla Mining announced the appointment of Dr. Silvana Costa as the company’s new chief sustainability officer, effective Jan. 13.
