Insurance company Distinguished Programs announced the appointment of Ursula Kerrigan as general counsel.

She will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of operations, including compliance with state and federal regulations, managing licensing and filings, and offering strategic direction to underwriting division leaders.

Kerrigan brings more than 30 years of legal experience in the insurance industry, previously serving as senior vice president and general counsel of the Americas for AXA XL, a division of AXA.
