Pharmaceuticals-geared holding company Earth Science Tech disclosed in a regulatory filing that Chief Compliance Officer Nickolas Tabraue resigned.
The filing noted Tabraue’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement relating to the company’s operations, policies, or practices.
Tabraue currently serves a compliance officer with the Sustainable Green Team, according to his LinkedIn profile.
