Battery manufacturer Eos Energy Enterprises announced the appointment of Michael Willis Silberman to serve as the company’s general counsel, chief compliance officer, and corporate secretary, effective Jan. 31.

Silberman most recently served as general counsel, chief compliance officer, and corporate secretary at Trecora Resources, an international diversified technology and specialty materials company.

Before that, he was the vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary at Celanese Corp., a Fortune 500 international diversified technology and specialty materials company.

Silberman succeeds Melissa Berube, who will resign from Eos.
