Healthcare company Fresenius Medical Care announced the appointment of Jörg Häring as global head of legal, compliance, and human resources, effective June 1.

Häring will also join as a member of the management board and assume the role of labor director.

He is currently a member of the management committee, chief legal and assurance officer, and general secretary at Spanish oil company Compañía Española de Petróleos.

Previously, he spent more than 20 years with the Siemens Group, where he was general counsel for almost 13 years.
