Insurance Australia Group (IAG) announced the resignation of Chief Risk Officer David Watts after three years on the job.

Managing Director and CEO Nick Hawkins credited Watts with successful delivery of IAG’s risk maturity program as well as the launch of its integrated risk management system.

Watts will continue as IAG’s chief risk officer into the new year. An internal and external executive search process for his replacement will begin soon.
