Quantum computing company IonQ announced the appointment of Stacey Giamalis as chief legal officer and corporate secretary.

Giamalis will oversee IonQ’s global legal affairs, including intellectual property, corporate, contracting, regulatory compliance, and other matters.

She previously served as the chief legal counsel of six companies in a variety of technology sectors over two decades. Most recently, she served as the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of PagerDuty.
