Financial services company KeyCorp announced Darrin Benhart, deputy chief risk officer, was named the bank’s chief risk officer.

Benhart, who succeeds the retiring Mark Midkiff, will report directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Chris Gorman.

Benhart joined KeyCorp in July 2022, after a 30-year career at the Treasury Department’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. There, he held a series of senior roles, including serving as deputy comptroller of the currency.
