Tree and plant nursery Moon Valley Nurseries announced the appointment of Michael Minnaugh to general counsel.
Minnaugh will report to Chief Executive Brian Flood.
He joins Moon Valley Nurseries after a 22-year legal career spanning the clean energy, technology, construction, and transportation industries. He was previously recognized by the Arizona State Bar as Arizona’s general counsel of the year.
