Financial services company NCB Management Services announced the appointment of Jonathan Thompson as chief legal officer.
Thompson will report directly to Ralph Liberio, president and chief executive officer.
Thompson will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters of the organization, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, litigation, and risk management. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.
