ODP Corp., parent company of OfficeMax and other business services providers, announced Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer Richard Haas will leave the company, effective April 1, 2022.

Haas is departing to pursue other interests, according to the company, which has begun searching for his successor.

Haas will continue to work with Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer D. Anthony Scaglione until his departure date. He has held the position of chief accounting officer since May 2019 and joined the company in January 2014 as Office Depot’s vice president of tax.

Prior to joining Office Depot, Haas was vice president of tax for OfficeMax.
