Royal Bank of Canada announced Amanda Norton, former Wells Fargo executive vice president and chief risk officer, was appointed to its board of directors.

Norton retired from her role at Wells Fargo in 2022.

She previously held progressively senior risk and finance positions at JPMorgan Chase, Ally Financial, and Bank of America.
