Digital imaging software provider Teledyne Technologies announced the promotion of Chief Compliance Officer Melanie Cibik to executive vice president.

Previously, Cibik’s title was senior vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer, and secretary of the company. She will continue to oversee Teledyne’s legal, compliance, human resources, ethics, and corporate governance programs.

She will report to new Chief Executive Edwin Roks and Executive Chairman Robert Mehrabian.

Earlier, Cibik served as the company’s senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. She was vice president, associate general counsel and assistant secretary after her stint as associate general counsel and assistant secretary.
