Financial technology company Versapay announced the appointment of Spencer Robinson as general counsel.

He will oversee all legal affairs, including compliance regulations, contract review and negotiation, asset protection, and litigation, and provide strategic guidance to the company’s executive team.

Previously, Robinson served as senior vice president and assistant general counsel at Global Payments and associate attorney at Alston & Bird, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions and regulatory and compliance matters.
