Volvo Cars announced the appointment of Helen Hu as general counsel and chief legal officer, effective Feb. 1.
Hu will join the executive management team. She will succeed Maria Hemberg, who has been general counsel and chief legal officer since joining Volvo in 2012.
Hu is currently the managing director for Volvo Cars Switzerland. She has held senior roles in the Asia Pacific organization.
