Woodward, a designer, manufacturer, and service provider of control solutions for the aerospace and industrial markets, disclosed the departure of A. Christopher Fawzy, its executive vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer, and secretary.

The company said his exit represented a “qualifying termination,” in line with Fawzy’s employment documentation.

Fawzy joined Woodward as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary in June 2007. Prior to that, he served as vice president, general counsel and secretary for Mentor Corp.
