The Institute of Business Ethics this week announced that it has appointed four new trustees to join the Trustee board, chaired by Edward Bickham.

The following trustees replace recent retirees, as well as augmenting the skills and experience of the Trustee board:

Carolyn Clarke, head of audit, risk and control, Centrica;

Ian Dyson, assistant commissioner, City of London Police;

Lucy Williams, head of regulatory compliance, HSBC UK; and

John Williams, vice chair, Association of Chairs.

The IBE was established by business people in 1986 to encourage and support high standards of business behaviour based on ethical values. More information about the IBE board of trustees and governance can be found here.
