Ethics and compliance software and solution provider NAVEX Global announced today that it has acquired The Network.
NAVEX Global said the acquisition is significant to its continued mission to strengthen the company’s position as a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions provider in the ethics and compliance space. With the transaction, NAVEX now provides GRC solutions to more than 12,500 organizations worldwide and 94 of the Fortune 100.
