Newell Rubbermaid has appointed Scott Garber as corporate controller and chief accounting officer, effective June 1. He will assume these roles from John Ellis, who has been appointed vice president for finance operations and treasurer.
Since 2008, Garber has served as Newell Rubbermaid's assistant corporate controller. Ellis joined the company in 2003 and has served in various finance positions of increasing responsibility.
