RNN Group, a provider of centralized verified asset procurement and monitoring solutions, has appointed Jay Carter as general counsel and chief compliance officer.
Carter, who brings to RNN 14 years of robust and transformative legal experience, joins RNN from Resurgent Capital Services, where he was most recently senior corporate counsel. He joined Resurgent Capital Services in August 2012 as staff counsel.
