Rotation Capital, an SEC-registered alternative asset management firm, has appointed Marshall Terry as chief compliance officer. Terry also has been appointed a managing director and chief operating officer, reporting to Rotation Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer Matthew Rothfleisch.

Terry brings two decades of financial, legal and operations experience to Rotation. He joins the firm from South Ferry Capital Management, where he also served as COO and CCO. Prior to South Ferry, he was an associate principal at eClerx, providing operational and legal risk management consulting services to the firm's buy-side clients.
