Titan International, a U.S-based tire company, said in a securities filing that Christopher Bohnert has stepped down from his role as chief accounting officer, effective as of Sept. 13, 2017.

Bohnert, who was named chief accounting officer in 2015, left the company "to pursue another opportunity," the Form 8-K filing stated.

Bohnert has been replaced by James Froisland, who joined Titan as interim chief financial officer and chief information officer in May 2016. The titles eventually became permanent. Prior to joining the company, he was the principal consultant for Froisland Consulting.
