PwC recently named two new partners to its Risk Assurance practice: Rick Warren has been appointed as a partner focusing on performance governance risk and compliance, while Khalid Wasti has been appointed as a partner focusing on internal technology audit solutions.

With over 23 years of experience in risk-related consulting and a proven track record of growing new business, Warren will support the growth of PwC’s Performance Governance Risk and Compliance solutions in the Greater Atlanta market. He joins PwC from Crowe Horwath, where he was office managing principal from 2010 to 2015.

With a background in controls and risk management reviews for accounting, finance and IT functions across multiple industries, Wasti will drive strategy and build out audit capabilities for technology related risks, such as mobile, cloud, cyber, analytics, and social media risks. He joins PwC from Deloitte, where was a director from 2005 to 2015.
