Risk and compliance solutions provider Exiger announced the acquisition of Convergent Solutions, a firm specializing in the delivery of intelligence analysis, cyber-security, and national security solutions to the U.S. government.

Convergent will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and grow Exiger’s client footprint across the government, including the Department of Defense, the intelligence community, and civilian agencies.

Combined with Convergent, Exiger will look to expand the deployment of its proprietary AI products to more effectively solve the government’s data-driven challenges.
