What if we have more than 10 users?

That’s great! We would love to customize a membership that works for your firm. We have licenses for teams up to 1,000 users! Please send a note to Donna O'Neill to get started.

How long does a membership last?

A Compliance Week membership lasts one year, or 365 days from the day you complete your membership.

What does a Compliance Week membership include?

All Compliance Week memberships include unlimited access to latest news and analysis; daily email newsletter in easy-to-read format; on-demand CPE Webcast library; exclusive access to Case Study series; personalized topics/feeds show up on your homepage; customized library of saved articles & content; event video archive. Team licenses for 10 or more users are eligible for a self-service portal, dedicated customer relations manager, annual walkthrough of site features, personalized company home pages, and a quarterly 1-on-1 “chat with the editor-in-chief.” Click here for a comparison chart.

How do the “seats” work?

You choose your team and invite them to join your account. Throughout your membership, your Customer Success Manager, Morgan Storm, will reach out for any inquiries and to assist in this onboarding process. She will also reach out to users with articles of interest, upcoming training courses and provide any product updates. She will closely monitor usage and ensure that all members are active participants and you get the most value out of your corporate license.

How can I pay?

Payment is by credit or debit card. We can also provide an invoice for Medium and Large Teams. Question about payment? Contact Donna O'Neill.

What is the membership onboarding process?

We want to make the process as easy as possible, and we’re always here to answer questions. You're able to check out on the site and sign up for as many seats as you need, and check out by credit or debit card. (However, Medium and Large Teams have the option of being invoiced.) Our Customer Success Manager Morgan is a quick email or phone call away.

Are memberships transferable?

Yes. You pay for the amount of seats you need for your team. They can be transferred if changes to the users are required.

How do I show my manager that a Compliance Week membership is right for me or my team?

Easy: Show them our testimonials, or our list of benefits at each membership level, here.

What if I’m not ready to commit?

No problem. We offer a 7-day free trial, no commitment needed. Check out all our content and resources and decide in your own time if CW is right for you.

Are there refunds?

Unfortunately, no. Once we receive payment, you're entitled a one-year Compliance Week membership. We know you won't regret it, and like many of our members, stay with us for years.

What is considered “premium content”?

We define premium content as value-add coverage of the compliance and risk professions featuring subject matter expert insights, data, and trend reporting by Compliance Week editorial staff. All premium content is accessible only to CW members.

Do you offer discounts the more people sign up?

Yes. One user is $499. A Small Team membership offers a 12% discount, a Medium Team membership offers a 20% discount, and a Large Team membership offers a 33%+ discount.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or academics?

Yes, we are happy to provide discounts to students, professors, and nonprofits. Please contact Donna O'Neill for more information.

Why am I not receiving the weekly e-newsletters?

To guarantee you receive our newsletters, please contact your network administrator to add the following host addresses to your company’s email SPAM filter “whitelist”:

How do I change my login information?

You can have your email address changed by contacting Customer Service.

What is my username and password?

We no longer use usernames; access to all Compliance Week content is through your email address and password. For assistance, call us toll-free at (617) 570-8608, or contact us via email.
